Live golf competitions. Branded leaderboards. One connected platform.
GolfOS is the proprietary event technology behind Full Send Golf Experiences. It connects player registration, competition management, live golf leaderboards, multi-screen displays, branding and post-event insights into one live event system.
This is what turns a golf simulator into a complete activation.

Not just golf simulator hire
The technology layer behind the activation.
A golf simulator can tell you where the ball went. GolfOS manages what happens around it: registration, competition, player flow, live scoring, leaderboards, brand presentation, spectator displays, event data and reporting.
Together those systems produce something closer to a produced live sporting moment than equipment hire. GolfOS was built around busy golf simulator events, where hundreds of guests, competition results, screens and brand touchpoints have to operate together without slowing the activation down.
GSPro runs the golf. GolfOS runs the experience.
Live golf competitions
Give everyone something to play for.
The gap between someone trying a simulator and someone competing is simple: there is something to chase. GolfOS turns simulator play into a structured live golf competition guests enter, follow and argue about for the rest of the event.
Closest to the pin
Accessible and quick, which suits high-volume corporate events, exhibitions and brand activations.
Longest drive
Easy to understand and easy to spectate, built around instant competition.
Expanding game modes
GolfOS supports a growing range of competition formats as the platform develops.
One swing creates a player. A leaderboard creates a competition.

Live event leaderboards
Make the competition visible.
A live golf leaderboard gives the room something to follow. As official results are recorded through GolfOS, connected leaderboard displays update through the event, so every attempt is another chance for the standings to move.

Branded golf activations
Turn brand exposure into participation.
Signage asks somebody to look. A live golf activation gives them something to do. The brand travels with the guest from registration through to the leaderboard.

Golf event registration
From spectator to competitor.
GolfOS connects registration straight to the live competition. Depending on the event, participants register on an event device or through a QR journey on their own phone.
Fields are agreed with you and can include player name, company, email, competition category, custom event questions and approved consent wording. Nothing here is mandatory; some activations collect a name and nothing else.
Registration is not separate from the activation. It is the beginning of it.

An activation should not become impossible to measure the moment it is packed away. GolfOS keeps a digital record around the competition that you and our team can read afterwards.

For brands · agencies · event teams
Give the creative idea a technology layer.
When an agency builds a campaign, the activation should not stop at graphics on the simulator enclosure. GolfOS gives the digital experience another surface to design.
- The registration can carry the campaign.
- The competition can carry the campaign.
- The leaderboard can carry the campaign.
- The spectator displays can carry the campaign.
- The final results can carry the campaign.
Tell us the campaign, the audience and the event objective. We shape the golf competition around it, whether that is golf simulator hire for exhibitions or a national corporate golf event.
Built for the event floor
Technology built from running the events ourselves.
GolfOS exists because real activations exposed problems conventional simulator software was never designed to solve.
- Who plays next?
- How do you register a busy room?
- How do repeat attempts work?
- How do you keep results accurate?
- How do you display the leaderboard somewhere else?
- How does sponsor branding stay visible?
- How do you understand what happened afterwards?
Built on the event floor. Improved on the next one.

Technology is only useful if people want to use it.

Live golf leaderboards and branded golf competition technology
GolfOS is Full Send Golf’s proprietary technology platform for live golf competitions, golf event leaderboards and branded golf simulator activations. It connects player registration, competition management, live leaderboard displays, branded event screens, multi-screen output and post-event insights around the simulator experience.
For corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, sponsorship activations and experiential campaigns, GolfOS lets us build a golf competition guests join, follow and compete in through the whole event.
That covers a branded closest-to-the-pin competition on an exhibition stand as well as a multi-day live golf leaderboard across a larger activation. Full Send delivers GolfOS-powered golf simulator hire from Adelaide and across the major Australian event markets, including national activations.
