We partnered with Beach Energy & Expocentric at the 2026 Australian Energy Producers Conference & Exhibition, Full Send created a three-day golf activation around a story unique to the brand, recreating the Grange Golf Club hole tied to Beach Energy’s first drill site.

More than 440 expo participants registered and over 1,670 shots were hit. Then a hole-in-one dropped and the exhibition floor went WILD!.

What started as a simulator became a meeting point, somewhere delegates stayed, watched and competed, giving the Beach Energy team more time for genuine conversations.

Beach Energy won the Best Custom Build award at the Australian Energy Producers Conference & Exhibition.

Across Total Tools Seaford, Lonsdale and Thebarton, Full Send has become a signature part of the VIP night experience. Golf and racing competitions turn the store into something worth staying for — regularly drawing 150–200 registrations per event.

More than nine activations later, the experience has become part of the rhythm of the event — building anticipation before the doors open and giving customers something they now expect to see when they arrive.

For Kapitol Group’s Christmas event at The Timber Yard in Melbourne, Full Send delivered a hosted golf experience for a 500+ guest celebration.

Set among a broader entertainment programme, the simulator became a natural place to gather, compete and keep the night moving, polished enough for the setting, relaxed enough for anyone to step in.
