Full Send Golf Experiences respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and the choices you have when dealing with us.
This policy applies to our website, enquiries, event bookings, event registrations and other interactions with Full Send Golf Experiences.
Information we collect
When you contact us, request a quote or book an event, we may collect information such as:
- your name
- email address
- phone number
- company or organisation
- event date and location
- guest numbers
- event type and requirements
- information you include in an enquiry
- quote, booking and correspondence records
At some events we may also collect participant information through GolfOS or another registration process. This can include a participant's name, registration details, competition category, score and leaderboard result.
The information collected at an event depends on the event and the registration requirements shown to participants.
How we use your information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries
- prepare quotes and proposals
- plan and deliver events
- manage bookings
- register event participants
- operate competitions and leaderboards

Submitting an enquiry does not require you to agree to receive marketing communications.
Event registrations and client activations
Some Full Send experiences are delivered for corporate clients, exhibitors, sponsors and event organisers.
For some events, participant information may be collected to operate the competition or may be provided to the relevant event client where this has been disclosed during registration.
Where participant information will be shared with another organisation, the registration process should explain who will receive the information and why.
The receiving organisation's own privacy policy may also apply.
We do not provide participant information to every event client by default.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website.
Google Analytics may collect information including:
- pages viewed

- browser and device information
- approximate location
- referral source
- date and time information
- cookie or similar identifiers
Google Analytics may use cookies, including the _ga cookie, to distinguish visitors and sessions.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or phone numbers to Google Analytics.

We do not sell personal information.
